Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, workshops and services offered under FABIAN BYRNE.

1. Bookings

1.1 All classes and workshops must be booked in advance through the official booking platform.

1.2 A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

1.3 Class credits and workshop bookings are personal, non-transferable and may not be shared.

2. Class Credits

2.1 Class credits are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.

2.2 Unused class credits expire automatically at the end of their validity period and cannot be extended.

2.3 All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Classes may be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

3.2 If a cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the class, the class credit will be forfeited and a €5 late cancellation fee will apply.

3.3 If a participant does not attend a booked class without cancelling, the class credit will be forfeited and a €10 no-show fee will apply.

3.4 Outstanding fees must be settled before further bookings can be made.

4. Workshops & Special Events

4.1 Separate cancellation conditions may apply to workshops or special events and will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Changes to the Schedule

FABIAN BYRNE reserves the right to change instructors, venues or schedules, or to cancel classes if necessary. In the event of a cancellation by the organiser, any class credit used for the booking will be returned.

6. Health & Participation

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically able to take part in classes and workshops. Participation is at the participant's own risk.

7. Liability

FABIAN BYRNE accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless required by law.

8. Data Protection

Personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
